Abstract
Les fondations philanthropiques subventionnaires jouent aujourd’hui un rôle prépondérant dans le soutien aux démarches de développement territorial, palliant partiellement la décroissance des ressources étatiques dans ce domaine. Les rapports des organisations philanthropiques concernées avec ces démarches sont complexes. Un repositionnement de certaines d’entre elles vers une plus grande proximité relationnelle avec leurs donataires soulève plusieurs enjeux. Cet article explore les nouveaux rôles et postures des fondations philanthropiques subventionnaires sous l’angle de la proximité.
