Abstract
هدف البحث إلى توضيح الأسس الفكرية التي يرتكز عليها مدخل الإدارة الذاتية للمدارس، والكشف عن ملامح الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة في فنلندا على ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيها، وكيفية الاستفادة منها في مصر، واستخدم البحث الحالية المنهج المقارن، الذي يمكن من خلاله تقديم تصور مقترح لإمكانية تطبيق مدخل الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة في جمهورية مصر العربية على ضوء خبرة كل فنلندا. وتوصل البحث للنتائج التالية: تعتبر الخبرة الفنلندية في مجال التعليم نموذجًا ظهر نتيجة التوافق والتكامل بين مجموعة عميقة من القيم الثقافية والاجتماعية، كما أنه يعتبر نهج مميز للتطوير التعليمي. إن الاتجاه المنتشر في الشكل الإداري بفنلندا يتصف باللامركزية في صنع القرار التعليمي، ووزارة التربية والتعليم هي المعنية بسياسة التعليم والتمويل. وفي النهاية استخلصت الباحثة بعض الدروس المستفادة من خبرة فنلندا في مجال الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة والتي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية في مصر. الكلمات المفتاحية:الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة.
