Abstract
This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Generation Planning Forum in Banyumas Regency for the period 2020 - 2022 in overcoming juvenile delinquency. And how are the efforts of the local government of Banyumas Regency in promoting the Banyumas Generation Planning Forum so that the programs and objectives that have been prepared by the Banyumas Planning Generation Forum can be achieved. To achieve this goal, this study uses a sociological legal research method, with the specifications of observational research. In this study, the data source used is secondary data which is supported by primary data. The data presentation method in this thesis is presented in the form of a structured and systematic description. This research was conducted at the Department of DPPKBP3A Banyumas Regency. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that it can be seen that the Implementation of the Generation Planning Forum in Banyumas Regency in tackling juvenile delinquency has been carried out properly in accordance with the Work Program that has been formed in the Decree of the Head of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Banyumas Regency Number 476/497/2020, but there are several programs that have not been implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The efforts of the Banyumas Regency Government in promoting the Banyumas Generation Planning Forum by coordinating the Banyumas Generation Planning Forum with relevant agencies, namely all sub- districts in Banyumas Regency in the form of monitoring so that it can assist the Banyumas Generation Planning Forum in achieving the stated goals. Keyword: Forum Generasi Berencana, Banyumas Government, juvenile delinquency Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Forum Generasi Berencana di Kabupaten Banyumas periode 2020 - 2022 dalam penanggulangan kenakalan remaja. Serta bagaimana upaya pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Banyumas dalam menggalakan Forum Generasi Berencana Banyumas agar program dan tujuan yang telah disusun oleh Forum Generasi Berencana Banyumas dapat tercapai. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sosiologis hukum, dengan spesifikasi penelitian observasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didukung oleh data primer. Metode penyajian data dalam skripsi ini disajikan dalam bentuk uraian secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas DPPKBP3A Kabupaten Banyumas. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat diketahui Pelaksanaan Forum Generasi Berencana di Kabupaten Banyumas dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja telah dijalankan dengan baik sesuai dengan Program Kerja yang telah di bentuk dalam Surat Keputusan Kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 476/497/2020, namun terdapat beberapa program yang belum terlaksana karena terkendala pandemi Covid- 19. Upaya Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas dalam menggalakan Forum Generasi Berencana Banyumas dengan cara mengkordinasikan Forum Generasi Berencana Banyumas dengan instansi terkait yaitu seluruh Kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyumas dalam bentuk monitoring sehingga dapat membantu Forum Generasi Berencana Banyumas dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan.
