Panti rehabilitasi narkotika merupakan tempat terapi untuk pembinaan fisik, mental, rohani, social, dan keterampilan bagi para pasien penyalahgunaan narkotika selama beberapa waktu, agar mampu kembali berperan aktif dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Keberadaan panti rehabilitasi di provinsi Aceh sangat diperlukan mengingat angka penggunaan narkoba di provinsi Aceh meningkat setiap tahunnya, sedangkan panti rehabilitasi narkotika di provinsi Aceh sangat kurang. Perancangan Panti Rehabilitasi Narkotika ini menggunakan pendekatan Green Architecture dengan menerapkan penggunaan sumber daya alam yang dapat diperbaharui agar dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan dengan tujuan menciptakan arsitektur yang ramah lingkungan.
