Abstract
Ce texte s’intéresse aux forces de la reconnaissance comme moment inaugural de l’accompagnement des jeunes professeurs des écoles : la reconnaissance, en effet, recèle un double intérêt. Elle assure le formé du chemin parcouru, conforte son sentiment de compétence, autant qu’elle donne à voir et à penser le développement professionnel (lorsque je reconnais chez le débutant sa capacité à penser, construire, problématiser son action) mais elle constitue aussi un facteur de développement (lorsque ce sont les points de questionnements du débutant qui déterminent en partie le travail commun à venir). Reconnaître l’autre apparaît être un moment-clef à plus d’un titre. Qu’il s’agisse de la mise en relation entre le formateur et le formé, de la qualification de celui qui apprend son métier comme acteur capable, du respect porté à son expertise professionnelle ou de l’investissement du débutant malgré les difficultés et les échecs fréquents en début de carrière, la reconnaissance semble pouvoir asseoir, conforter et tout simplement permettre un espace de travail valorisant et sécurisant pour celui qui s’essaie à l’enseignement et qui souhaite pouvoir devenir, progressivement, un professionnel qui maîtrise ses gestes et affine continuellement son art.
