Abstract
La Enfermería Basada en la Evidencia, permite a los profesionales de Enfermería trabajar con la mejor evidencia científica que nos brinda la investigación. La formación desde el pregrado, que ofrece un aprendizaje significativo y concreto al estudiante, puede asegurar que los futuros profesionales usen esta herramienta y apoyen su quehacer laboral con fuentes terciarias como las Guías de Buenas Prácticas Clínicas (GBPC) de la Registered Nurses Association Ontario (RNAO). Este artículo describe los avances que ha tenido la implementación de las guías en Chile: la actualización del programa de implementación en la Universidad de Chile, la expansión del programa a otras cinco universidades chilenas y la participación en la capacitación sobre las guías en diversas unidades académicas a nivel iberoamericano.
