Abstract

Abstract 
 This study aims to review the crime of Human Trafficking as a transnational crime. The author explains the concept of the crime of Trafficking in Humans which then leads to the condition and development of the crime of Trafficking in Humans. At the end of the discussion, the author explains how to enforce the law against the crime of Human Trafficking. The method used in writing this article the author uses a normative juridical research method, where national and international legal sources are used to sharpen the analysis described. Secondary data obtained from case studies based on cases that occurred in Indonesia. At the end of this article the author concludes that social workers need a global perspective to understand the issues that contribute to international migration, including the problems and dynamics of human trafficking.

 Abstrak
 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau tindak pidana Human Traficking sebagai kejahatan transnasional. Penulis menjelaskan konsep dari kejahatan Human Traficking yang kemudian mengarah kepada kondisi serta perkembangan kejahatan Human Traficking tersebut. Pada akhir pembahasan, penulis menjelaskan bagaimana penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana Human Traficking. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dimana sumber-sumber hukum nasional dan internasional digunakan untuk mempertajam anasila yang dijelaskan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kasus berdasar pada kasus yang terjadi di Indonesia. Pada akhir artikel ini penulis memberi kesimpulan bahwa pekerja sosial membutuhkan perspektif global untuk memahami isu-isu yang berkontribusi terhadap migrasi internasional, termasuk masalah dan dinamika perdagangan manusia.
