Tujuan pada penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: 1) mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan job sheet pada mata kuliah Praktik Kerja Plambing dan Sanitasi untuk program studi Sarjana Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik, Univesitas Negeri Yogyakarta, 2) mengetahui bagaimana hasil pengembangan job sheet pada mata kuliah Praktik Kerja Plambing dan Sanitasi untuk program studi Sarjana Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik, Univesitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan menggunakan pengembangan 4-Dmodels yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan dengan empat langkah utama yaitu: (1) define (pendefinisian), (2) design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan (4) disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek yang disasar dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mahasiswa yang sudah atau sedang melaksanakan mata kuliah praktik kerja plambing dan sanitasi. Instrumen penilaian ini menggunakan angket skala likert dengan 5 pilihan jawaban yang ditujukan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna atau dalam hal ini mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penilaian yang dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptis kuantitatif dengan mencari harga reratanya. Berdasarkan data hasil pengembangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) proses pengembangan job sheet pada mata kuliah Praktik Kerja Plambing dan Sanitasi dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. 2) menurut penilaian oleh ahli materi, job sheet yang dikembangkan dikategorikan “layak” dengan nilai sebesar 82,6%, menurut ahli media dikategorikan “sangat layak” dengan nilai sebesar 94,7%, dan menurut pengguna (31 mahasiswa) dikategorikan “sangat layak” dengan nilai sebesar 90,89%. Job sheet yang dikembangkan didesiminasikan dengan cara mencetak media kemudian disebarkan dan digunakan sebagai pedoman melakukan praktik.
