Samoprocjena prioritetnih aktivnosti dnevnog života kao mjera ishoda nakon traumatske ozljede mozga

Cilj: Cilj istraživanja je primjenom kanadske mjere izvedbe okupacija (engl. Canadian Occupational Performance Measure; COPM) identificirati aktivnosti dnevnog života koje su najveći izazov i prioritet osobama s traumatskom ozljedom mozga (TOM) te istražiti osjetljivost i konvergentnu valjanost te mjere ishoda. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanje je uključeno 37 osoba s TOM-om koje se nalaze na prvoj bolničkoj rehabilitaciji. Primjenom COPM-a na početnoj procjeni identificirane su najvažnije problemske aktivnosti iz područja samozbrinjavanja, produktivnosti i razonode. Ocijenjen je subjektivni doživljaj izvedbe i zadovoljstva izvedbom prioritetnih aktivnosti, a ponovljena procjena provedena je prosječno nakon 30 dana. Konvergentna valjanost utvrđena je kroz povezanost COPM-a s mjerom funkcionalne neovisnosti (FIM). Podatci su obrađeni deskriptivnom statistikom te analizom korelacija. Rezultati: Ukupno je identificirano 158 prioritetnih svakodnevnih problemskih aktivnosti iz područja samozbrinjavanja (63,29 %), produktivnosti (24,05 %) i razonode (12,66 %). Razlika između početne i ponovljene procjene COPM-om statistički je i klinički značajna. Dobivena je statistički značajna povezanost ocjene izvedbe aktivnosti primjenom COPM-a s ukupnim rezultatom FIM-a, kako na početnoj tako i na ponovljenoj procjeni. Također je dobivena statistički značajna povezanost promjena između prve i ponovljene procjene izvedbe COPM-om i promjena u ukupnom i motoričkom FIM-u. Zaključak: Istraživanje je pokazalo da je područje samozbrinjavanja, posebno osobna njega i funkcionalna mobilnost, dominantan prioritet osoba s TOM-om na prvoj bolničkoj rehabilitaciji. COPM se pokazao kao osjetljiva i valjana mjera samoprocjene prioritetnih aktivnosti dnevnog života osoba s traumatskom ozljedom mozga na bolničkoj rehabilitaciji.
