Disgerminoma ən çox görülən malign germ hüceyrə şişidir. Yumurtalıq bədxassəli şişlərinin% 1-5-nə qədərdir. Reproduktiv yaş qrupundakı qadınlar ən çox bu patologiyadan əziyyət çəkirlər və bu, konsepsiya problemlərinə səbəb olur. Hamiləlik baş verdikdə, bu feto-ana qarşıdurmasına səbəb olur. Çox nadir hallarda, heç bir köməkçi reproduktiv müdaxilə olmadan müvəffəqiyyətli bir təbii, hamiləlik və uyğun bir doğuş varbirlikdə mövcud olan disgerminomalı bir uşaq. Bu yazıda, primi gravida, birlikdə mövcud olan disgerminoma ilə, fetal-maternal uzlaşmadan uğurlu spontan təbii hamiləlik hallarını bildiririk. 26 yaşlı hamilə qadının sağ yumurtalıqdan əmələ gələn böyük disgerminoma xəstəliyini təqdim etdik. 36 + 6 həftəlik hamiləlikdə qeysəriyyə əməliyyatı aparıldı. Sağlam bir qız dünyaya gəldi.
