Cet article s’intéresse à l’usage des Nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication (NTIC) par les professionnelles du travail social. Le texte, à partir d’une revue de littérature, dresse un état des lieux sur l’usage des NTIC dans le système de santé et des services sociaux en soulevant différents enjeux pour les travailleuses sociales, la pratique d’intervention sociale et les personnes accompagnées. Il vise plus largement à réfléchir sur le rapport qu’ont les professionnelles avec les conditions de travail marquées par les TIC dans le secteur de la santé et des services sociaux, et la responsabilité des organisations en santé et services sociaux pour une bonne gouvernance dans leur usage.
