Abstract
Este texto é resultado de estudo integrado entre a disciplina Seminário Especial O Magistério Público da Educação Básica: entre as políticas de valorização e a responsabilização pelos resultados educacionais, ministrada pelos professores, Jéferson Silveira Dantas e Marcos Edgar Bassi, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação e a disciplina de Educação de Jovens e Adultos do Curso de Graduação em Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina ministrada pela Profa. Dra. Maria Hermínia Lages Laffin. Objetiva materializar as reflexões feitas acerca das novas condições de sociabilidade e da produção da existência de jovens e adultos trabalhadores. O estudo possui caráter bibliográfico e fundamentam-se, prioritariamente, na obra dos autores Pierre Dardot e Christian Laval, intitulada A Nova Razão do Mundo: ensaio sobre a sociedade neoliberal e livros de outros estudiosos como Paulo Freire, David Harvey e Moacir Gadotti, que aprofundam as problemáticas das dinâmicas e complexidades do mundo trabalho nas últimas décadas.
