Abstract
La collaboration entre les différents intervenants scolaires (paraéducateur, enseignant spécialisé, technicien en éducation spécialisée) et les enseignants en éducation physique est une pratique à envisager afin de répondre aux besoins diversifiés des élèves en situation de handicap ou en difficulté d’adaptation ou d’apprentissage (HDAA). Les intervenants qui collaborent avec l’enseignant dans cette discipline peuvent l’aider à gérer la classe et à soutenir l’apprentissage des élèves HDAA. Toutefois, certaines difficultés comme l’établissement des rôles respectifs et des attentes mutuelles peuvent entraver la collaboration. Cet article traitera des enjeux liés à l’établissement des rôles. Il présentera un tableau détaillant les étapes d’une démarche collaborative et illustrera quelques pistes de solution pour favoriser une collaboration efficace.
