Déconfiner les lieux du droit avec l'Introduction au droit naturel d'Emmanuel Lévy (1871-1944) Pour une approche littéraire des œuvres doctrinales par Victor JANIN * L'Introduction au droit naturel d'Emmanuel Lévy, juriste atypique de la fin du XIX e siècle, est un prisme incontournable pour voir le droit en dehors de ses lieux traditionnels.Nous avons mobilisé des méthodes issues de l'analyse littéraire afin de faire ressortir toute la densité de son œuvre.Ce type d'approche nous semble transposable à n'importe quelle œuvre doctrinale de manière générale.* Victor Janin est doctorant en histoire du droit à l'Université de Bordeaux.Il réalise une thèse sous la direction du Professeur Nader Hakim.Ses travaux de recherche visent à mobiliser les outils de la théorie littéraire et de l'analyse du discours pour étudier la pensée juridique contemporaine.
