Déconfiner les lieux du droit avec l'Introduction au droit naturel d'Emmanuel Lévy (1871-1944) Pour une approche littéraire des oeuvres doctrinales par Victor JANIN * L'Introduction au droit naturel d'Emmanuel Lévy, juriste atypique de la fin du XIX e siècle, est un prisme incontournable pour voir le droit en dehors de ses lieux traditionnels.Nous avons mobilisé des méthodes issues de l'analyse littéraire afin de faire ressortir toute la densité de son oeuvre.Ce type d'approche nous semble transposable à n'importe quelle oeuvre doctrinale de manière générale.
