Frank Iacobucci's career in the administration of justice has been so brilliant and celebrated, both at home and abroad, that it might shadow his other, equally distinguished, career of leadership in higher education.He has reached the pinnacle of achievement in both fields.In the same way that Frank's contributions as a judge place him in the pantheon of Canadian jurists, his contributions to law teaching and higher education over almost four decades have earned him an equally proud place among the very finest of those who have shaped and led Canada's universities.Frank's achievements in either sphere would be ample grounds to secure his place among Canadians of the first rank.But to have contributed so richly in two separate fields in the course of a single career is to distinguish Frank not only as an exemplar of the Italian-Canadian community, but to place him at the very summit of our nation's citizenry as a whole.Frank began his academic career as an outstanding student at the
