Abstract
Durante la pandemia, muchos se enfrentaron a retos económicos para salir adelante sea desde un emprendimiento naciente, nuevo o negocio establecido, la adaptación fue obligatoria y la necesidad de generar empleo grande; el emprendedor debe moverse y acomodarse de una manera rápida, en función de las tendencias, la globalización, la tecnología, aprovechado también entrar a la sociedad del conocimiento a través de las ventajas de la propiedad intelectual, con el registro de marcas, como bien intangible de altísimo valor económico. El objetivo principal fue indagar sobre el crecimiento de emprendimientos post pandemia y la posible incidencia de registros de marcas. La metodología usada fue descriptiva, documental, deductiva con enfoque cualitativo, llegando a concluir que no hay una cultura alta en los emprendedores sobre la propiedad intelectual, muchos consideran innecesario esta inversión, a pesar que un cierto número si considera importante el registro de este intangible por su valor económico.
