Abstract
Le présent article se donne pour objectif de participer à l’ouverture des sciences humaines aux autres qu’humains, dont les animaux. Il s’agira de participer à la réflexion épistémologique autour de ces autres existences. À partir d’une enquête ethnographique sur les relations entre professionnels et primates autres qu’humains en contexte d’expérimentation animale, on s’interrogera sur les catégorisations limitantes ou libérantes. Puis on se demandera dans quelle mesure la rencontre avec ces primates maltraités, altère (pour ne pas dire « affecte »). Autour d’une auto-socioanalyse et d’une réflexion sur l’accueil des résultats d’enquêtes, c’est finalement un fragment de la réalité de ces singes reclus (dans une terminaison goffmanienne) et de leur subjectivité qui sera livré.
