Le Parlement des écrivaines francophones naît en 2018 à Orléans sous l’impulsion de l’écrivaine tunisienne Fawzia Zouari. L’initiative est aussitôt soutenue par la Mairie d’Orléans et l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie.Se référant à la notion d’archipel léguée par Édouard Glissant, le Parlement réunit environcent-trentemembres venues des cinq continents et représentantvingt-quatre nationalités. Ces femmes ont décidé prendre leur place dans le monde. Si elles ne sont pas toutes des écrivaines professionnelles, elles savent cependant ce qu’elles ont à dire. Leur combat en faveur des femmes, surtout celles qui n’ont pas droit à la parole, fait d’elles cette Voix qui mérite d’être écoutée et entendue. La langue française qu’elles choisissent comme le principal moyen d’atteindre le monde se répercute par cette Voix qui résonne avec force et intelligence dans son anthologie, Voix d’écrivaines francophones, objet de la présente réflexion.
