Les différentes crises auxquelles les gestionnaires sont exposés forcent ces derniers à s’adapter et à revoir continuellement leur façon de gérer leurs équipes. L’authenticité s’avère alors une qualité tout indiquée pour permettre à chacun d’évoluer dans un environnement sain.
