Abstract
Le Québec est aux prises avec une pénurie de main-d’œuvre qui s’est aggravée durant la pandémie de Covid-19 et se poursuit depuis, à l’instar de ce qui est observé dans d’autres économies avancées. Après avoir dépeint la situation de pénurie, l’article illustre plusieurs de ses répercussions sur les dynamiques et les stratégies de négociation collective de même que sur les syndicats locaux dans un système de relations professionnelles décentralisé.
