Les représentations des prisonniers à l’égard des mesures de réduction des risques

Abstract
À partir de l’enquête quantitative ANRS-Coquelicot-Prisons, cet article interroge les représentations des prisonniers sur la mise en place de kits d’injection et l’accessibilité des préservatifs en prison. Les kits d’injection ne sont pas disponibles dans les prisons en France et leur mise en place cristallise les débats. Quant aux préservatifs, leur accessibilité reste variable selon les établissements. Afin de connaître les opinions des prisonniers vis-à-vis de ces mesures de réduction des risques, une typologie a été construite à partir de réponses ouvertes, celle-ci met en évidence les divergences d’opinions au sein des groupes et leurs caractéristiques. Ces résultats amènent à repenser la manière dont la parole des concernés peut être associée pour améliorer ces dispositifs.
