Abstract
Cet article propose une analyse de la manière dont une ingénierie d’intervention auprès d’acteurs de huit pays d’Afrique impliqués dans un programme d’appui au pilotage de la qualité de l’éducation de base a fait le choix d’évoluer vers un appui à distance à la suite de la pandémie de COVID-19. La démarche de ce programme étant inspirée de la recherche-action, des équipes nationales de recherche (ENR), composées d’inspecteurs et de formateurs de formateurs, sont coordonnées par des enseignants-chercheurs dans chaque pays, elles-mêmes appuyées à distance par une équipe restreinte de supervision. L’article portera sur la manière dont le dispositif a su faire évoluer ses modalités de formation et d’intervention à distance par le biais d’une utilisation renouvelée d’un ensemble de logiciels utilitaires.
