Comment se construit le jugement professionnel des superviseurs lors de l'valuation d'un stage avec l'tudiant ? Un modle explicatif Formation et profession 31(1) 2023 1 sum Cette contribution propose un modle prsentant la construction du jugement professionnel par les superviseurs lors de la covaluation de stage en formation initiale des enseignants en Belgique francophone. L' originalit de ce modle issu d'une recherche doctorale rside, d'une part, dans sa construction progressive partir des avances conceptuelles sur la base d'une recension des crits et des rsultats de trois tudes empiriques qualitatives menes dans le cadre de cette recherche et, d'autre part, dans le processus d'analyse et de validation ralis de faon concerte avec un groupe de recherche collaborative.
