Analysis of the legal positions of arbitration courts in cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation in terms of consideration of issues: antimonopoly control over trading, challenging the order to initiate a case on violation of antimonopoly legislation, returning the application for challenging the decision and the order of the antimonopoly authority in court.Purpose: formation of uniform approaches in law enforcement practice in cases of violation of antitrust laws.
