A 13-year-old girl with a BMI of 30 has a 2-cm liver lesion detected incidentally at a conventional abdominal ultrasound examination performed to evaluate nonlocalizing abdominal pain.The ultrasound also showed hepatic steatosis but no other abnormalities.The patient has no history of malignancy.What further workup do you recommend?
