Abstract
This chapter presents case study of mature dogs that suffer from thoracic limb lameness. It also presents physical examination and diagnostics tests for these cases studies. An almost 5-year-old female spayed Staffordshire Terrier presented for evaluation of a forelimb lameness. The patient was adopted at 2.5 years old. She was noted to be healthy at that time with no immediate concerns. A 9-year-old female spayed Yorkshire Terrier presented for right forelimb lameness. An 11-year-old male castrated Toy Poodle presented for acute onset of non-weight bearing on right front limb; no trauma was observed. A 7-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever presented for a left thoracic limb lameness for over four months. A 5-year-old male neutered Siberian Husky presented to the emergency service for acute onset of left front limb.
