Abstract
ABSTRAK Hasil wawancara dengan Pimpinan Klinik Tyiara Bunda yaitu Ibu Yeni Herawati, S.SiT.M.Hkes, didapatkan jumlah ibu hamil yang berkunjung pada bulan Mei 2022 ini sebanyak 34 ibu hamil, dari 34 ibu hamil ini sebanyak 12 orang mengalami anemia. Penyabab ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia karena asupan yang kurang dan tidak mengkonsumsi tablet Fe yang sudah diberikan secara teratur. Selama ini ibu hamil sudah mendapatkan tablet Fe dan mendapat konseling yang diberikan bidan dengan menggunakan buku KIA Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang nutrisi dan pentingnya konsumsi tablet Fe selama hamil serta adanya model konseling nutrisi dari media playdouhg. Kegiatan ini mengacu pada 4 langkah yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Responden pengabdian ini adalah ibu hamil dengan jumlah 34 ibu hamil yang dilaksankan pada tanggal 10 dan 24 September 2022 di klinik mutiara bunda. Terciptanya model food konseling nutrisi porsi 1 kali makan dari media playdough, hasil pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin didapatkan 47% memiliki kadar hemoglobin < 11 gr%, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan konseling yaitu dari 44% menjadi 53% dan prilaku diet ibu hamil yang baik menjadi meningkat yaitu dari 38% menjadi 53%. Model food yang telah diciptakan oleh tim pengabdi sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatan pengatahun ibu dan prilaku diet ibu hamil sehingga nutrisi ibu hamil menjadi terpenuhi sesuai dengan kebutuhan ibu hamil. The cause of pregnant women who experience anemia due to insufficient intake and not consuming Fe tablets that have been given regularly. So far, pregnant women have received Fe tablets and received counseling given by midwives using the KIA book.To increase knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition and the importance of consuming Fe tablets during pregnancy and the existence of a nutritional counseling model from the playdough media. This activity refers to 4 steps, namely planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Respondents for this service were pregnant women with a total of 34 pregnant women who were carried out on September 10 and 24, 2022 at the Mutiara Bunda Clinic. The creation of a nutritional counseling model for 1 meal serving from playdough media, the results of the hemoglobin level examination found that 47% had hemoglobin levels < 11 g%, and there was an increase in knowledge after being given counseling from 44% to 53% and the good diet behavior of pregnant women increased from 38% to 53%. The food model that has been created by the service team is very useful in increasing maternal knowledge and dietary behavior of pregnant women so that the nutrition of pregnant women is fulfilled according to their needs of pregnant women.
