As typical human-centric artificial intelligence (AI) systems, cyber-physical-social systems (CPSS) have attracted increasing attention from industry and academia. However, there are serious ethical and legal concerns about existing AI systems making decisions in a responsible way. Therefore, we present a data-driven system-level design framework for responsible CPSS.
