Abstract
Dans cette étude, nous proposons dans un premier temps de mettre en lumière les principales mesures fiscales et économiques prises par l’Union Européenne (UE) pour faire face à la crise économique dérivée de la pandémie de la Covid-19. En second lieu, nous examinerons l’instrument de la facilité pour la relance et la résilience, et son lien étroit avec le Semestre européen. Finalement, nous nous pencherons sur les recommandations spécifiques des institutions européennes sur les systèmes de retraite de l’Espagne et de la France et nous analyserons si les gouvernements les abordent dans leurs plans respectifs.
