Através de pesquisas bibliográficas sobre a responsabilidade social corporativa, este artigo busca compreender o conceito e a importância do tema, além de enfatizar o impacto da linguagem e de uma comunicação eficaz para se dirigir ao público. Essas premissas são cruciais para causar o efeito na publicidade de um produto ou serviço, visto que para uma empresa se manter no mercado atual deve atentar-se a aspectos sociais, além da lucratividade, em face a redução dos problemas existentes na população. Romper paradigmas se tornou essencial para conquistar credibilidade e notoriedade. Por isso, causas coletivas devem ser levadas em consideração, pois a ética e a cultura organizacional são imprescindíveis para agregar valor à sociedade como um todo.
