Abstract
Cette étude présente la première partie d’un processus de consultation s’intéressant à l’évaluation des compétences professionnelles des stagiaires en enseignement secondaire d’une université québécoise. Le nouveau référentiel (ME, 2020) propose 13 compétences professionnelles qui sont à développer tout au long des quatre années de formation initiale. Cependant, l’interprétation commune de ces compétences reste un enjeu pour les formateurs de stagiaires. S’appuyant sur un cadre conceptuel portant sur les activités professionnelles essentielles, un questionnaire et un entretien de groupe ont permis d’y réfléchir avec des formateurs de stagiaires. Les résultats présentent ces activités ainsi que les compétences et les dimensions mobilisées pour chacune d’elles.
