Abstract
Le présent article se propose de montrer les impasses de l’idéologie de l’identité de genre. En puisant dans la philosophie du langage et la phénoménologie husserlienne, il s’agit d’abord de montrer que cette idéologie crée une confusion par rapport à la manière dont nous désignons intersubjectivement le monde commun à travers les mots que nous utilisons. Il s’agit également d’affirmer qu’en amenant la population à adhérer à sa novlangue, cette idéologie modifie notre compréhension commune des mots « femme » et « homme » et mine les droits sexospécifiques des femmes. En se référant, entre autres, aux philosophes Kathleen Stock et Sylviane Agacinski, le propos met l’accent sur le primat du corps par rapport aux normes sociales. Enfin, l’article vise à sensibiliser le lecteur à des dérives telles qu’une médicalisation (affectant les mineurs) basée sur une identité subjective ainsi qu’une atteinte à la liberté d’expression des personnes critiquant cette idéologie.
