Abstract
An insight into how signalling pathways govern cell fate is crucial in understanding the prognostication of acute myeloid leukaemia present with a normal karyotype (AML-NK), as aberrant cell signalling enhances the survival and proliferation of leukaemic cells.Hitherto, the transcriptomic landscape and gene expression profiles of the AML-NK patients that predisposes to their dismal outcome remain veiled.In this study, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of AML-NK patients with poor overall survival (OS) < 5 and good OS > 5 years were profiled and functionally enriched pathways were shed light on.High throughput deep transcriptome sequencing was performed on 45 AML-NK patients using NovaSeq 6000 (200 M reads per sample, 150 bp paired-end).The AML-NK patients
