Abstract
Jules Falquet propose de lire ensemble la sociologue française Colette Guillaumin et la philosophe argentine María Lugones, pour avancer dans l’élaboration d’une analyse féministe matérialiste décoloniale. Après avoir résumé leurs analyses respectives du sexe et de la race, Falquet souligne leurs convergences, notamment la commune profondeur historique de leurs travaux, ancrés dans le processus de colonisation européenne de l’Amérique latine et des Caraïbes, incluant la traite et l’esclavage, mais aussi leurs divergences sur les logiques causales de la mise en place du système-monde capitaliste. Elle propose enfin une image, les vases communicants, et un concept, la combinatoire straight , pour tenir ensemble sexe, race et classe et revisiter l’histoire du développement du mode de production capitaliste à partir de cette histoire coloniale.
