O ensino da dança nas aulas de educação física e sua influência no bem-estar físico e mental dos alunos do ensino fundamental

Abstract
A dança vem crescendo gradativamente como atividade extracurricular, mas parece difícil referir-se à dança de ensino escolar. Nesse sentido, a dança requer reflexão, pois existe em diferentes lugares, em diferentes âmbitos e tem diferentes propósitos. Projetos de educação em dança devem ser incentivados nas escolas, devendo haver infraestrutura para isso, como: equipamento de som e salas adequadas. Na educação básica, nas escolas regulares, costuma ser considerado conteúdo de educação física e, esse fato está claramente expresso nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais e na Base Nacional Comum Curricular, embora também seja tratado no setor de artes, que inclui: dança visual, teatral e musical para a aprendizagem. A dança desenvolvida pela educação física nas escolas deve-se tornar mais abrangente e diversificada como ferramenta de ensino, ajudando o aluno a se conhecer e a se vivenciar plenamente, desenvolvendo habilidades motoras, psicológicas e perceptivas. A educação física é uma disciplina que separa a linguagem corporal e a expressão, sendo a dança abordada como um elemento desta matéria. De acordo com as diretrizes da Lei n. 9394/1996 e as Bases de Educação, arte e educação física são disciplinas obrigatórias, ensinando a diversificação da dança em vários aspectos. Desta forma, conclui-se que a dança pode contribuir de forma positiva para o bem-estar físico dos alunos.
