Abstract
Grâce à une démarche de type exploratoire inspirée de l’ethnographie organisationnelle, nous suivons la trajectoire des savoirs citoyens, c’est-à-dire leur formation, leur reconnaissance et enfin, leur intégration dans les décisions. Ce texte propose d’abord une typologie de la formation des différents savoirs citoyens. Pour illustrer cette trajectoire, nous utilisons le cas d’une mobilisation citoyenne qui conteste un projet de développement minier dans une petite municipalité au Québec. Nous en venons au constat que malgré les mobilisations de différents types de savoirs par les citoyens, les promoteurs sont tentés de poursuivre une démarche d’acceptabilité sociale ancrée dans le modèle du déversement du savoir, qui est relativement hermétique à la réception et l’intégration des savoirs citoyens. Nous proposons enfin des stratégies visant à dépasser le modèle du déversement du savoir afin de rendre compte des savoirs citoyens dans les projets.
