Abstract
Jembatan Tol Sidoarjo – Porong disini merupakan Jembatan Perlintasan Kereta Api yang termasuk dalam Paket Penambahan Lajur Ruas Tol Sidoarjo – Porong pada Jalan Tol Surabaya – Gempol yang terletak di perlintasan Kereta Api, Desa Nyamplung, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Jembatan Tol Sidoarjo – Porong memiliki total panjang jembatan dengan bentang 275 m, untuk perencanaan jembatan tersebut (Detailed Engineering Design) menggunakan Konsep Desain Extended Column. Akan tetapi dengan pertimbangan karena faktor keluhan dan protes dari warga sekitar, waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya konstruksi maka ada penyesuaian konsep desain struktur yang perencanaan awalnya dengan menggunakan Konsep Desain Extended Column berubah menjadi Konsep Desain Slab on Pile. Slab on Pile pada struktur jembatan Tol Sidoarjo - Porong direncanakan menggunakan elemen pelat dengan sistem Half Slab Precast. Standar pembebanan pada struktur mengacu pada SNI T-02-2005 (Standar Pembebanan Untuk Jembatan). SNI 2833:2016 (Perencanaan Jembatan Terhadap Beban Gempa), Analisa Struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Software SAP 2000. Hasil Penyesuaian perencanaan dengan menggunakan Konsep Desain Slab on Pile, elemen plat dengan system Half Slab Precast menunjukan bahwa dengan konsep tersebut dihasilkan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan yg lebih cepat, biaya konstruksi yang lebih murah dan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
