Abstract
Madame Lise Tremblay travaille à la Fédération de l'UPA du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 25 ans.Elle a toujours été sensible aux problématiques touchant le secteur agroalimentaire, car elle a grandi sur une ferme laitière à Jonquière.Après l'obtention d'un baccalauréat en agronomie de l'Université Laval, elle a bifurqué vers l'horticulture pendant quelques années, pour ensuite entrer à l'UPA.Elle y a d'abord occupé le poste d'agente en agroenvironnement, puis a pris divers dossiers importants pour le développement du secteur agricole.Depuis 2018, elle agit à titre de directrice régionale.Ses différentes fonctions occupées à l'UPA ont été passionnantes, car on y discute et défend les grands enjeux de développement du secteur agricole, lesquels évoluent rapidement selon les contextes socioéconomique et environnemental.Ainsi, les producteurs agricoles doivent s'adapter rapidement à cette évolution afin d'assurer la pérennité de leur entreprise.Lise Tremblay a en haute estime le travail de ces gens de cœur, qui s'investissent énormément dans leur entreprise, tant sur le plan financier qu'humain, souvent au détriment de leur vie personnelle.Leur venir en aide afin d'améliorer leurs conditions de vie est une mission gratifiante.
