Abstract

Les Conseils des personnes accueillies/accompagnées ou l’ayant été ( cnpa et crpa ) sont issus d’une commande publique qui date d’un peu plus de dix ans : organiser la participation des personnes en situation de précarité aux politiques qui les concernent et plus particulièrement aux politiques d’hébergement et d’accès au logement. Fruit du travail de cette instance participative, un plaidoyer intitulé Paroles sans filtres – Constats et préconisations des personnes en situation de précarité sur les politiques qui les concernent est paru en 2022. Un délégué régional, une ancienne déléguée actuellement membre active du cnpa et deux professionnelles, tous quatre impliqués dans ce travail reviennent ici avec une enseignante-chercheuse sur l’histoire, les missions de ce réseau ainsi que sur les aspirations dont le plaidoyer se fait l’écho.
