Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih Grab Bike (Studi Kasus Wilayah Jakarta Barat) Keputusan Pembelian pada perusahaan jasa Grab akan menentukan perkembangan perusahaan dalam dunia bisnis. Keputusan pembelian pada umumnya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,433 berarti 4,33% variabel keputusan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Sedangkan selisih dari variabel lainnya yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini sebesar 56,7%. Hasil analisis uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan perolehan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan Fhitung menunjukkan perolehan nilai sebesar 42,599 sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel (42,599 > 3,08) artinya regresi yang dihasilkan signifikan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih Grab Bike pada kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Hasil uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi kualitas pelayanan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih Grab Bike pada kota Jakarta Barat. Dan nilai signifikansi harga 0,005 < 0,05 artinya harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih Grab Bike pada kota Jakarta Barat.
