Au cours des dernières années, des chercheurs se sont intéressés à l’influence de la présence attentive chez les enseignants, groupe de professionnels grandement affecté par différents problèmes de santé psychologique. L’objectif de cet article est de recenser les essais randomisés et quasi randomisés menés pour évaluer l’efficacité d’interventions basées sur la présence attentive auprès des enseignants. Les résultats indiquent que ce type d’interventions augmente le niveau de présence attentive et de compassion des enseignants, en plus de diminuer leurs symptômes de détresse psychologique (p.ex., épuisement professionnel, stress, anxiété, dépression).
