Si le bien-être psychologique global fait l’objet de plusieurs études, le bien-être psychologique au travail est un construit en émergence et la compréhension de ses déterminants demeure limitée. S’appuyant sur la théorie de la conservation des ressources (Hobfoll, 1989, 2001), la présente étude vise à vérifier l’effet direct de l’estime de soi organisationnelle sur le bien-être psychologique au travail, de même que son effet indirect à travers le soutien des collègues et du superviseur. Pour ce faire, 210 travailleurs provenant d’entreprises variées ont répondu à des questionnaires mesurant ces variables. Les résultats des analyses de médiation (Hayes, 2009, 2013) appuient les hypothèses. La discussion présente des pistes d’intervention destinées aux professionnels de la psychologie du travail et des organisations.
