Abstract
Le coaching de gestion est très utilisé en organisation pour accompagner les gestionnaires dans les divers défis auxquels ils font face, mais cette pratique est peu soutenue par la recherche scientifique. En effet, à ce jour, rares sont les études empiriques qui ont testé rigoureusement son efficacité en mesurant les retombées associées à la démarche de coaching de gestion. À cet effet, cette recension des études empiriques comprenant 21 articles présente les principales retombées positives associées au coaching de gestion. Aussi, les constats suite à la recension des écrits permettent d’identifier certaines variables contribuant à l’efficacité de la démarche de coaching de gestion.
