Abstract
La présente recension a pour but d’offrir une analyse de 36 études évaluatives portant sur les interventions de groupe pour les enfants de 6 à 12 ans ayant été victimes d’une agression sexuelle afin de décrire les interventions et d’en déterminer l’efficacité. Les études évaluatives ont été repérées à partir de bases de données et sélectionnées en fonction de critères d’inclusion/exclusion préalablement déterminés. Les résultats démontrent le besoin de mener davantage d’études évaluatives ayant des devis méthodologiques solides. Tout de même, les études actuelles rapportent l’efficacité de la thérapie de groupe sur la réduction des symptômes tant pour ce qui est des troubles intériorisés et extériorisés. Les améliorations notées se maintiennent dans le temps. Des limites méthodologiques importantes sont notées pour une majorité des études réalisées et peu d’études ont exploré les effets cliniquement significatifs et les taux de revictimisation.
