Le professionnel exerçant en samsah devient « accompagnant », quelle que soit sa formation initiale. Comment ne pas y perdre de son identité ? Au travers du témoignage de professionnelles intervenant en samsah , cet article vise à rendre compte de ce qui permet de respecter la singularité de chacun tout en préservant une cohérence des accompagnements. Il est ici question d’équilibre, toujours à trouver entre la mission, les attentes des personnes accompagnées et le travail d’équipe.
