Abstract
Abstract Addressing the complex needs of the world's rapidly aging population will require a focus on improving aspects of LTC service coverage, financial protection, and financial sustainability. The primary objective of this scoping review is to identify, chart and analyze the literature on recent public initiatives (i.e., reforms, policies and programs) that have been undertaken to improve LTC coverage, financial protection and financial sustainability.
