ABSTRAKInfeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA) merupakan kasus yang tinggi pada balita dan anak-anak. Dampak terburuk dari penyakit ISPA ini adalah Pneumonia yang bisa mengakibatkan kematian pada balita. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dan perilaku merokok anggota keluarga dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu pada tanggal 19-26 November 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Survey Analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki balita usia 12 bulan -59 bulan yang datang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu pada bulan Oktober 2019 sebanyak 115 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 35 responden.. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square (χ2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 balita (62,9%) menderita ISPA, 15 ibu berpengetahuan cukup (42,9%), dan 24 ibu (79,2%) memiliki anggota keluarga dengan perilaku merokok. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dan perilaku merokok dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu dengan kategori hubungan sedang. Diharapkan kepada ibu dan anggota keluarga harus lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai ISPA.
