Este artículo pretende reflexionar sobre la educación superior en Angola, la valoración del profesorado, las perspectivas y los retos contemporáneos. El presente texto consiste en una revisión bibliográfica de tipo Narrativo, y se han utilizado bases de datos científicas, para dar cobertura a los autores propuestos. El objetivo era aportar contenidos relevantes al tema centrándose en varias teorías. Se realizó una investigación analítica y bibliográfica de enfoque cualitativo sobre el tema a través de libros, artículos y en clases de video de bases de datos como Pepsic, Scielo y Google Académico. Posteriormente, se incluyeron los materiales más relevantes, excluyendo los contenidos que no se referían al tema. Se concluye que La Educación Superior en Angola, Apreciación del Profesorado, Perspectivas y Desafíos Contenporales, constituye, por tanto, un precioso auxiliar, tanto para los futuros profesores como para todos aquellos que quieran actualizar sus conocimientos y profundizar en su formación. Se espera que, a partir de esta investigación, los profesores de instituciones académicas superiores y áreas afines tengan una mejor comprensión del tema y una visión técnica y científica más completa. Serán necesarios futuros estudios para dar continuidad a este estudio.
