Abstract
Ce texte examine l’idéologie politique du Mouvement pour la oumma (al-ḥaraka min ajl al-umma), un mouvement minoritaire au sein du paysage islamiste marocain, mais indépendant de la matrice islamiste arabe et maghrébine. Il se situe à mi-chemin entre conservatisme religieux et réalisme politique, cela en rapport avec sa conception de la laïcité, de la oumma, de l’État et de la charia. En effet, ce mouvement rejette la laïcité à l’occidentale, mais opte tout de même pour la séparation du politique et du religieux. Selon sa doctrine, la oumma est souveraine, mais cette souveraineté est limitée par la charia. L’État incarne, dans l’optique de ce mouvement, une institution civile qui devrait toujours être au service de la oumma. Pour l’analyse de ce mouvement, nous avons consulté ses documents fondamentaux (sa doctrine politique) et effectué des entretiens avec ses leaders y compris son président Mohamed El-Marouani.
