Abstract
المستخلص هدف البحث إلي التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم علي العلاج بالقبول والالتزام في خفض الالكسيثيميا لدى عينة من المراهقين المكفوفين بمعهد النور للمكفوفين، حيث تكونت العينة من (10) طلاب امتدت أعمارهم بين (18-13) سنة بمتوسط عمر زمني قدره (15.6) واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس مقياس تورنتو للألكسيثيميا (البلادة الوجدانية) للمراهقين والراشدين(تعريب وتقنين: علاء الدين كفافي، فؤاد الدواش،2011) ، وبرنامج العلاج بالقبول والالتزام (إعداد الباحثة) مكون من (28) جلسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب الطلاب في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح البعدي على مقياس الالكسيثيميا لدى أفراد العينة (في الأبعاد: صعوبة تحديد الأحاسيس- صعوبة وصف الأحاسيس- التفكير المتوجه للخارج) ، مما يعنى فعالية العلاج بالقبول والالتزام في خفض الألكسيثيميا، وقد تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء الأطر النظرية والأدبيات البحثية وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه النتائج توصي الدراسة، بضرورة استخدام العلاج بالقبول والالتزام لعلاج المشكلات والاضطرابات السلوكية والانفعالية الاخري، وتجربته مع فئات أخري غير المكفوفين. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاج بالقبول والالتزام- الألكسيثيميا- المكفوفين The effectiveness of a program Based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in reducing alexithymia in a sample of blind adolescents Abstract The research aimed at verify the effectiveness of a program based on acceptance and commitment therapy in reducing alexithymia in a sample of blind adolescents at Al-Noor Institute for the Blind, Where the sample consisted of (10) students whose ages ranged between (13-18) years, with a mean age of (15.6), The research tools were Toronto Scale of Alexithymia (emotional dullness) for adolescents and adults (Arabization and codification: Aladdin Kafafi, Fouad Al-Dawash, 2011), and the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Program (prepared by the researcher) consisting of (28) sessions. In the pre and post measurements in favor of the post on the alexithymia scale of the sample (in terms of dimensions: difficulty in identifying sensations - difficulty in describing sensations - outward-oriented thinking), which means the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy in reducing alexithymia, and the results have been interpreted in the light of analogue frameworks and research literature and in In light of the results, the study recommends the need to use acceptance and commitment therapy to treat other behavioral and emotional problems and disorders, and try it with other groups other than the blind.
